Our space

Our Italian cooking classes are hosted in a small but beautiful historical flat inside an eighteenth-century palace located in the city centre of Florence, our magical atmosphere is the perfect intimate scenario to create new memories sharing a special moment with loved ones or connecting with new people.

Designed to bring people together

Our lessons are designed to immerse yourself in the process, with a hands-on experience that will allow you the space to learn individually, but the dynamic itself is highly collaborative, breaking ice and creating bonds. My goal is that at the end of the night, you'll feel you're having dinner among friends.

A day to indulge

I love greeting my guests with bottomless cocktails and a beautiful grazing board of fresh local cheeses and seasonal treats I, personally, hand pick at the local market every morning before the class because not everything is pasta!
