Every class includes a seasonal grazing board with local cheeses, bottomless Italian spirits, hands-on instruction, professional tools, and a beautiful recipe book to take home.
What's included in our experiences?
Participants should be at least 15 years old. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by an adult—just let me know when booking so I can prepare accordingly.

Absolutely! While we specialize in traditional Italian cuisine, we have multiple vegetarian options and can accommodate most dietary needs. Just share your requirements when you write.

Life happens, and I understand. Full refunds are available if you cancel one week before your experience. For shorter notice, I'm always happy to find a solution together—whether that's rescheduling or offering alternative arrangements.

As we close our chapter in Florence, all of our culinary experiences, gatherings, and workshops are now hosted exclusively in Maine. Whether you’re joining us for a hands-on class, a supper club, or a private event, our table is set for connection, creativity, and unforgettable flavors.
