• You don’t need to know how to cook to take this class. No matter how experienced or inexperienced you are in the kitchen, you can learn how to make fresh pasta.
Although we are unable to meet all food restrictions and needs, we do have multiple vegetarian options on each menu.
Full refund, if you cancel 1 week before the event or before. Unfortunately, I'm unable to issue any refunds less than a week before the class because of sourcing ingredients and planning. However, I'm always willing and happy to find a solution with you.
For questions about cancellations or cancelling email ciao@piccola-cucina.com. Alternatively, you can use the cancellation link on your invoice.
You will be greeted with a beautiful grazing board of local cheeses and other seasonal treats with light cocktails at your arrival.
We’ll start with a brief introduction to our ingredients, understanding freshness, and how to source them.
Then, we’ll put our aprons on and start by making the people pleaser dessert, the tiramisu. We’ll make it manually, no stand mixers, just like Italian Nonnas make it. Once, we leave it to cool in the fridge, it’s time to make the traditional fresh pasta dough. We’ll make Tagliatelle, Tagliolini, Ravioli, Agnolotti, and Tortellini.
After the preparations, you’ll sit down to a candle-lit three-course meal we’ll pair the food with a local Tuscan wine, you’ll enjoy the tiramisu for dessert, and we’ll close the dinner with wonderful conversations over tea, coffee, or digestif.
