Learn the ancient art of pasta making in our intimate farmhouse
setting where tradition meets heart
There's something deeply moving about the moment your hands first touch fresh pasta dough. It's not just flour and eggs—it's centuries of Italian nonnas passing down their secrets, it's the rhythm of kneading that connects you to something ancient and beautiful, it's the pure joy of creating something extraordinary with your own hands.
This isn't just a cooking class. It's your invitation to discover what happens when you slow down, connect with tradition, and experience the magic that unfolds when cooking becomes meditation, creation becomes connection, and a simple meal becomes a celebration of everything that matters most.
We begin with a warm welcome aperitivo featuring local wine and artisanal olives while I share the story of pasta's journey through Italian history. You'll learn to identify quality ingredients by sight, smell, and touch—skills that will transform your cooking forever.
We begin our hands-on cooking with Italy's most beloved dessert because tiramisu gets more beautiful as it rests. You'll master the art of creating silky mascarpone layers, learn the secrets of perfect coffee balance, and understand why patience makes this dessert extraordinary. While our tiramisu chills and develops its flavors, we move to our pasta making.
This is where your hands learn what your heart already knows—that creating something beautiful takes time, patience, and love. We'll work together to master both tagliatelle and ravioli, with plenty of individual attention to ensure you understand not just the how, but the why behind each technique.
Learn the fundamental Italian principle that sauce should complement, not overpower, your pasta. We'll prepare both pomodoro and burro e salvia, understanding the science behind perfect timing and the art of achieving that magical moment when pasta and sauce become one.
There's nothing quite like sitting down to a meal you've created with your own hands, surrounded by new friends who've shared the journey. We'll gather around our farmhouse table to savor both pasta dishes, paired with local wines and finished with our homemade tiramisu—now perfectly set and ready to be the sweet ending to our perfect day.
There's a reason Italian nonnas never measure—their hands know. Through gentle guidance, you'll develop the intuitive touch that creates both perfect mascarpone layers and silky pasta dough. This is where the magic happens, where you'll understand why handmade Italian classics taste completely different from anything you've ever experienced.

With just six of us gathered together, there's something magical that happens—we become a little family, cheering each other on and sharing in those wonderful "aha!" moments. This isn't about perfection; it's about joy, about laughing when the flour goes everywhere, celebrating when your ravioli seals perfectly, and discovering you're more capable than you ever imagined. Because when you leave here, you're taking so much more than recipes home with you—you're taking the confidence that comes from creating something beautiful and the connections that make every moment meaningful.
We know that not everyone can make the journey to our Le Marche farmhouse, but that shouldn't mean missing out on the magic of authentic Italian pasta making. Sometimes the most beautiful connections happen when we bring people together, no matter where they are in the world.
